Due to the high volume of requests that we receive, we must receive the request at least 21 days in advance of the date needed. All requests must be made in writing and may be mailed or emailed. Requests must contain the following information: Name and address of organization, purpose of organization, donation request, what the donation will be used for, tax ID or 501(C)3 certification, date needed and contact information for donation requestor.
